1.1. Advance reservation is obligatory for all services offered by our company.
1.2. The reservation is considered valid only after 100% payment (unless other conditions are agreed with the manager) and the confirmation received by the client per e-mail.
2. Methods of reservation

3.1. After receiving confirmation of the reservation, the client must pay the service within 3 days, but not later than 48 hours before the start of the program.
3.2. If the client has not made the payment 48 hours before the start of the program, the company Privilege Tour has the right to cancel the application.
4. Payment methods
4.1. By credit card through the electronic payment system (you will receive a link to make a payment)

5. Cancellation and modification of the reservation
5.1. The application can be canceled without penalty no later than 48 hours before the start of the program, otherwise the payment for services is not refundable.
5.2. Purchased tickets are non-refundable and money for them will not be returned.
5.3. In case of delay of tourists at the appointed time, the tour is not extended.
5.5. If the client during the service period at its discretion or in connection with their interests did not use all or part of the ordered services, the payment for them is not refundable.
5.6. If the group did not arrive in full, according to the application, the money will not be returned.
5.7. In case of non-appearance of tourists at the appointed time, within 1 hour, the application is considered completed and should be paid in full.
- If the service was paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the card.
- If the service was paid by bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the client’s Bank account.
- If the service was paid in cash in our office in Moscow, the amount will be refunded in cash.
7. Other conditions
7.1. In case of changes in the confirmed reservation made by Privilege Tour, the client will be notified immediately.
7.2. In case of refusal of the service by the client due to changes made by Privilege Tour, the payment is refunded immediately and in full or, at the request of the client, can be replaced by another service of similar value.
7.3. In exceptional cases, if the tour can not be realized due to force majeure (eg, strike, rallies, bad weather conditions, natural disasters, etc.), the client will be offered a number of alternatives:
- Postpone the tour to other dates or times;
- Choose another tour (similar in price);
- Full refund for this service
7.4. Changes in the program on the part of the client can be considered at least 24 hours before the start of the excursion services.
7.5. All prices for excursions and tours are indicated with regard the client’s stay within the third ring road. Meeting and return of guests outside the third ring road is calculated individually.
